A Day in the Life

I do NOT know why I thought I could have so much f I do NOT know why I thought I could have so much fun over the weekend and also get work done. HAHAHAHAHA JOKE'S ON ME. I'm exhausted, y'all, but so happy from the weekend. Friends stayed and camped on my property, we had the First Annual Potato Birthday Party and Bonfire (everyone bought potato dishes to eat, we celebrated Potato's first birthday, and we set a massive amount of shit on fire), and we had a big family breakfast and then went to the Hoggetown Medieval Faire. The good? It was amazing. The bad? I kind of forgot I have asthma, because it's been under control for years, and my lungs are still not right with 12 hours of burning wood, leaves, and the occasional accidental handful of Spanish Moss. I could barely breathe yesterday, and I'm only a little better at it today. So imma need to take today off and let my body recover. Sort of. I have a lot of office work I'm going to do today, and maybe tomorrow as well, so that I can also sit and rest a lot and not feel like I'm on a timeline trying to not let clay dry too fast or get another coat of glaze on something quickly.
