Dad’s old train set
Dusty, and could use some touching up, but still just as loved (by me) as when my dad opened it for Christmas some time in the early 1940s. I also still have the track for it, and most of the buildings. Last time I hooked it up, it even still ran, but that has been so many years that I”m not going to assume it still does (nor do I have the space to lay out the track and find out).

Brings back such memories, Lore. Maybe you and I and Tim could pool our talents and have it do a loop or two on Christmas morning? Or later, at our house.
