Nine years ago yesterday, we were doing this. Many of you were there with us; some have since moved on (figuratively and literally) and many of you have since come into our lives and become such good friends that I forget you weren’t there, and was surprised when uploading wedding photos yesterday to Facebook, that I couldn’t find you in the photos to tag you. Last night we went to dinner at Chopstix (after an amazing two-day discussion on locally owned places championed by our friends) and then had ice cream at Sweet Dreams. It wasn’t Jenny-Cake, but it was still delicious.
Here’s to love, y’all! To paraphrase two of my favorite movies, let’s go get the shit kicked out of us by it, and then let’s go out and love some more.
