In spite of what this photo tells you, I did not in fact order a potter’s wheel while Tim was away on vacation. Seriously, y’all; I know I’ve been thinking of it but it’s not like I could say, when he got home, “oh, that old thing? It’s been out in the shed!” No, that is 60 pounds worth of ceramic supplies. And the box on top and the box next to it are molds I’ve ordered off eBay. Terry O’Quinn approves.

Monday I started the day off with a visit to the chiropractor and got a massage – every Monday should start like that – and then I came home and (… wait for it…) worked (!). I also did super-exciting housework like cleaning the kitchen, sweeping and mopping the floors I didn’t mop last week, and just generally straightened up a few things here and there. I feel like I’ve caught up on a lot of little things this week, and that’s a good feeling.
