Puppies, underfoot

UnderfootAfter …. what, four years? How long have we had Backup Dog? She’s finally realizing that the growly noise Old Dog makes when another animal is trying to snuggle her isn’t really a growl, but Old Dog’s attempt at the purr that the cats do. They’ve been snuggling a lot more lately, and this is a pretty typical scene under my desk. Notice there’s no room, really, for my feet. Ah well.

That is awesome! (Though I feel sorry for your feet!)

We have a cat that barks like a dog… I try not to laugh at her as she barks at the squirrels outside. Luckily, she’s a cat and so she completely ignores me unless she wants something. My laughter doesn’t phase her.
