What are you working on this week? I’m 110% ceramics this week, which you know makes me smile (and just want to make even more ceramics, what’s up with that?).
In ceramics, I’m so excited to be listing a lot this week! I’m listing new things right and left, I’ve got a lot going on, on both my ceramic worktables (glazing and handbuilding), and if I had four arms I’d be throwing as well! I’m running Little Geek as I write this (I ran her yesterday, too, shhhhh, getting the March mugs done early, knock on wood!) and as I mentioned I’m doing a lot of handbuilding/slabrolled ceramics this week so I’m going to do a bisque firing in Big Geek hopefully Monday of next week. Yes, I finally named the kilns! We’ve been talking about this over on Ravelry… I’ve named them after the submersibles in The Abyss. Hashtag, nerd girl. Tee hee hee.
In soap, the only thing going on this week was mailing out the February soap for those in my subscription service.
In yarn, Ashes to Ashes will be listed on Friday; that’s the next color inspired by the music of David Bowie. That’s about it in yarn, other than me winding up the March yarn club!
Huh, in writing all that out, it doesn’t seem like I’m doing much….! I guess there’s been a lot of “behind the scenes” stuff, too… working on my March ads for Ravelry (submitted them yesterday, which means I had to come up with a plan for the next yarn club!). And I finally finished up that accounting snafu and got my Schedule C done. Wheeeeeeeeeee…..? Sorry I didn’t social media any pictures of me comparing my accounting software to my checkbook to my email folder of receipts… I know that would have thrilled the lot of you….
So, then! What about y’all? What are you working on this week?
