High School was totally "Hairspray" but teaching was a combination of "To Sir With Love" and "Up the Down Staircase."

Ok, finally figured it out. High school was a mix of "Kramer Vs. Kramer", "War of the Roses", "Heathers", and "Better Off Dead".

My 11 yr old son has recently discovered teh awesomeness of this movie. I caught him lending out my dvd to a friend last week! It's enough to make a mom proud- *sniff*
