For me, it would be a toss-up between subconscious self-sabotage when it comes to things with timed deadlines, and hyper-vigilance/excessive worry about things that really probably would be OK if I didn’t worry them like a dog with a bone. Yeah. Still working on getting rid of both of those things. Sigh.

Even though the dogs wake me up six or seven times a night with scratching and whining and generally making noise, I still need an alarm clock to get me out of bed. But I need it to be set to music – I can NOT wake up happy to that unhappy BEEP-BEEP-BEEP noise.

And the Question of the Week is… when you go to a restaraunt that you go to a lot, do you order the same thing every time? Or something different?

My answer is after the cut…

Before my food allergies, I would usually order the same thing, or if it’s a place that has many things that I like, I’ll rotate through them. But now that I can’t eat fish, I’m having to find new things to eat and that means ordering different things off the menu. But I’m slowly finding my way back into a routine! (I’m such a creature of habit…)
