The other week we had an opportunity to go spend the day at Wekiwa with Amy and Tim’s parents (thanks, Jenn, for taking on our pups for the day!).

This was pre-new-camera (even though I’m just now getting around to blogging it) so some of my photos have that weird line running diagonally through them. We think it might be a hairline fracture since it shows up sometimes at some distances, but not others.
It was great to hang with family for the day. Have I mentioned that I won the in-law lottery when I married Tim? And I’m not just saying his parents, who are fabulous; but his whole family. Brother, sisters, their spouses, Tim’s cousins and aunts and uncles (they’re Catholic, so there’s like a hundred of everyone)… I love them all more than ice cream!
Anyway, here are a few shots from the day. We had a great time, and think next time we go down we might board the dogs so that we can stay overnight. I want some deer and bear photos, and Amy says morning is the best time for that. Bring on the bears!
